What we do
We are the only dojo in Longmont that specializes in martial arts classes for kids!

Teaching Focus and Success Skill...Our emphasis is on teaching FOCUS and SUCCESS SKILLS to children ages 3-14 in a fun and safe environment. Our "Top 6 Traits of a Winner" are discipline, work ethic, respect, positive attitude, confidence, and leadership. We teach, train, and emphasize the development of character traits as thoroughly as self defense and fitness .

Providing Excellent Instructors...Our instructors are carefully selected for their ability to work well with children of all ages. Teachers at OMA are mentors and role models, who are focused on developing your child's character and positive approach to life, as well as their physical martial arts skills.

Helping Academic Achievement...Academic success and achievement is part of being a student at Origin Martial Arts. Improving focus, discipline, and work ethic, are the key elements in improving academic performance in all subjects. Students at OMA experience dramatic improvement in school during their first year of martial arts study.

Achieving Excellence by Goal Setting...Achievement through goal setting and hard work are the foundation of the teaching philosophy at Origin Martial Arts. Receiving a Black Belt from our institution is as impressive, and as widely recognized, as earning the rank Eagle Scout from the Boy Scouts of America.

Creating Role Models and Leaders...Accomplishing the rank of Black Belt is a great activity and accomplishment to put on a college resume. The leadership, commitment, and discipline that it takes to achieve Black Belt ranking is understood and respected world wide, in every culture and environment.
